Refund policy

At Shroompire, we offer a 30-day refund/return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund/return.

Eligibility for Refund/Return: You are eligible for a refund/return only if your product arrives with defects or damages or if it is lost in transit. To initiate the refund/return process, please provide photo evidence of the defects or damages in the delivered product. In the case of issues affecting multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame is required for confirmation.

Shroompire will not be held responsible for, and will not offer replacements or refunds/returns if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you have the option to choose either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund/return.

For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Initiating a Refund/Return: To start a refund/return, contact us at shroompire.colorado@gmail.com. If the product is eligible for a refund/return, we will send you an email with the refund/return details.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: For a swift resolution, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds/Returns: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund/return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund/return.
